Investing In Penang Properties

The speaker for the next PAN sharing session is a realtor, who has recently been appointed by a major hypermarket chain to handle its retail lots in the northern Malaysia. This is rather a big task considering the hypermarket has several outlets in Penang alone. It is, however, the kind of job that Genny Tse would gladly takes on in her stride.

You may personally ask her some questions on that and other property matters during PAN sharing session this Feb 25th. It is the last Saturday of the month when PAN holds it monthly committee meeting + its sharing and networking session. Refreshment is served so our sharing becomes more cordial and fun. Guests need to pay only RM10.

Time: 12.30 pm - 1 pm
Venue: ADA SHARED SERVICES
C-5-1, Bay Avenue, Lorong Bayan Indah 3, Bayan Lepas 11900 Penang

Genny will discuss about property prices in Penang, is it time to invest now, what properties to invest in, or is it time to sell?

She has over 18 years experience in real estate and Elite Properties, her Penang-based real estate agency, deals mainly in industrial properties, high-end condos, landed properties, commercial properties including retails and vacant land. Details available at www.eliteproperties.com.my.

This woman entrepreneur is also the founder-director of KT Overlander Sdn Bhd, a motor vehicle servicing company in Alor Setar, Kedah. Tel: (6) 04-735 8812.

PAN is proud to have Genny as a committee member. She is also active in other organisations including the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) Penang, FIABCI and the International Women Association (IWA).

By the way, another sharing session but on much bigger scale is planned by NAWEM in Kuala Lumpur. Its inaugural Lecture Series will take off March 2nd with Malaysian Trade and Industry former minister Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz as the speaker. She is also the patron of NAWEM.
